Food safety tips:

  • Wash your hands often 
  • Wash the cooking surfaces 
  • Wash the cooking utensils
  • Use a food thermometer and cook to safe temperatures 
  • Refrigerate foods quickly (write the date you are storing on the container)
  • Keep cold foods cold 
  • Keep hot foods hot
